The PMM warranty is issued jointly to Pool Owner and Contractor. Contractor is the first point of contact regarding any warranty claim. PMM does not provide inspection services. A pool may be inspected upon contractor’s request, and Contractor must be present. Additionally, Historical Pool Chemistry Records must be provided for verification.
